Early buyout and warrants are two separate items for me.

As I stated before I see no better time to reduce the number of warrants outstanding then now. It's too late for bemoaning that they're out there anyway. So let's get them converted asap and collect the funds associated with them. These funds make POET less vulnerable to shark financings.

Noone can exclude a "cheap" buyout, but then there is still the hope for a bidding war. I don't believe a buyout attempt to happen before mass production is ramped up and OI-based products have proven performance and stability in the market, so it doesn't overly worry me just now.
