Let me explain it to you, Rockley has signed many deals in the healthcare space promising a solution that was revolutionary using a silicon photonics based integration platform which attracted many of the worlds leading health care companies .

Apple also gave them 70 million to develop its solution which brings the total cash they burned to over 300 million. I'm sure you saw Kevin Barnes explain how Poet did "it" being a photonic integrated circuit based on its optical interposer technology on a shoe string budget.

Bottom line is, this type of integration has been the holy grail with many billions thrown at it, we are the only ones with a complete solution with integrated lasers, perhaps all those customers Rockley has (including Apple) may need a "new" supplier who can actually deliver. I know it's healthcare and we're doing data Center and AI/ML right now, but healthcare has always been a vertical talked about in the company presentations, now that the lead dog has been shot, that bodes well for Poet which has actual produceable products and solutions.
