I think the warrant acceleration floor price is $4.89 C.  

And I doubt this was institutional selling due to price dipping below $5 US, as I doubt institutions just couldn't wait to buy our stock as soon as it got above $5. They know full well how easily it could retrace. Wouldn't make sense. 

No news telease today triggered some disappointment, but if that's the case the price drop was seriously overdone. On the other hand, if it's an indication of a delay on some facet or another of the plan going forward, then the drop is more concerning.
