The 12/22/22 NR also inlcuded the language on the Acceleration Clause which is as has been set forth here dozens of times.  And the language is not permissive "may" it's mandatory "will" when referring to the application of the Acceleration Clause.  

So, I'm not sure what this Feb 8, 2023, release from TSX-V means.  

It sounds incomplete, hopefully, POET will clarify for all tomorrow.

Can the subject warrant holders who post here please reaffirm that the final amendent voted upon and passed contains the Acceleration Clause.
