Maybe Poet wants more distribution at this low sp out of the warrant holders who are selling low and get them into hands that will hold as a long-term investment? Just a thought as good as any. At least, now, we don't have to worry about anyone trying to sell us down to below $4.89 to get the longer deal on the warrants.
