Its the second part of this tweet that is also interesting. The said company plans to use its (meaning their own) transceiver design and manufacturing cababilities along with Poet's integration platform to quickly ramp to high volume production.
Could it be Poets Optical Interposer imbedded in the companies Transceivers and their own production plant. A licensing agreement?
