I would think if a warrant holder notifies the proper entity that he is exercising the warrant, that would be the only thing needed to be done by March 10. Possibly you need to tender the cash along with the notice.

It may take 2 weeks to see the transaction reflected in your account, but the act that triggers the exercise would seem to be the key. Otherwise, one would be at the mercy of others in successfully exercising. That makes no sense.
