Yes I agree with what you're saying, the DRS is updated once the Transfer Agent (being Computershare) does their thing with all the documentation etc. And, I agree there is always going to be a time lag so at any one point in time, we, being shareholders and the investing public really don't know the actual shares nor warrants outstanding. 

What is fact, are the numbers in the f/s so unfortunately we are subject to the reporting deadlines and those are the only numbers we should really rely on. Having said that, it's always nice for some to try and estimate or project.
