I think that is a one or two person shop.  Bought 374,000 in March last year with reported average cost at $7.58.  Sold 26,000 in June and 175,000 in September and dumped the balance in December.

 

Careful on the Morgan Stanley, I see a position at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC initiated in December and still held at the end of February.  Minimal though at 4,000 shares.
