But when the management starts converting their options, it may support the SP, as the insider holdings should increase, which is normally a good sign.

Currently insti's and insiders are holding not really any significant amount of shares. Even though they have plenty of options.

I wish for them, that they can convert those, keep them for a while and sell them at a great premium once the company is fairly valued with at least 1 billion USD. If they can do so, it would be a great outcome for management and great return and bonus for all their hard work and for getting us all to the promised land.
