Regrettably I agree Clifford.  Overcoming the paper overhang in tandem with (as FJ put it) "the leapfrogging has begun as POET takes centre stage at OFC" has not played out as proclaimed.  We're somehow down 10% since OFC started but there are still 2 days left and I'll be buying more.  Certainly there is no better time to annouce a NA Tier 1 than right now (give or take 24 hours).  The hype Poet generated for OFC 2023 is competing with March 2022 for biggest self-inflicted ball-drop.  Poet please take advantage while the stars are aligned, this really couldn't be teed-up any better...
