POET don't intend to be a manufaturer, no! Silterra do the manufacturing of the interposer, POET has a testing facitlity in Singapore, from there they go to SuperPhotonics (Sanan) for assembly. Of course this is largely for the Chinese market. As I understand it, we will work with european and US partners for these markets. Suresh, I believe (correct me if i'm wrong), has talked about 'cutting out the middle man' when it comes to transceivers and becoming a manufacturer of them. But no firm plans there as far as we're aware.
