The fear around SVB isn't about having debt with them - it is about having cash with them.
See Roku - 26% of company cash reserves - $476M or so - now tied up in the process. It is unknown when the cash could be liberated, or how much will be left (although the current read would be most can be recovered, eventually. God only knows what the CFO was thinking putting that much in a small bank). Juniper came out and named their exposure (minimal). Remember, FDIC covers $250,000.
