It's not just about this bank is about the bond market, who's money is invested where? What else is going on being the seen and what the future is for the economy, this is just a glimpse of potential economic issues that may or may not lie ahead. 

A lot of that covid government money is tied up in long term bonds at very low interest rates and no one thought those rates would increase so fast so now people are trying to get there money out of those bank investments with low interest into investments with a better return and this causes a lot of that money to be jostled around very quickly, plus nobody believes governments anymore they cause most of the problems.
