Have to disagree resectfully. Tom has kept dilution under control since coming on board in late 2016. If no Sr VP CFO based on operational budget as you note, then it would only require Barnes to run as controller at approx 150k ( thats a guesstimate) per annum. We saw what happened with that disastrous 2016 financing when we we did not have a CFO.
Its the CEOs and to an extent the BOD rollodex of contacts that really matters not the CFOs. The CFO is an advocate and messenger imo.
In terms of the Nasdaq, verdict is still out how the listing and consolidation plays out. In their defense mid to late 2022 market conditions were not favorable to small caps so lets see how they perform on that front to attract instu. I am anxious on that as well. Remember the NAS listing timelines was a team and BOD approved effort not just Tom decision.
