Just did a search and it shows that the analyst for Poet, on 23 March 2023 LOWERED his price target to US$8.00 from US$11.00. The link to another site does show the price of US$190- but this is evidently an error.

Would still like to know :-

1.how much money was raised after the Cad$4.25 warrants were exercised before expiry on 10 March.

2. if/ when the Management,BOD and insiders, who apparently took large chunk of 1st tranche of Debenture with 50 cent warrants, exercised.... as expiry is 3 April.- also the total $ raised.

Again the amount of money raised from 1) and 2) is of concern to everybody who owns shares, as one does not want to see yet another money raise or dilution. The institutional commitment to the stock is absolutely pitiful. 

3) Why do we not get a real credible IR professional on board who has the connections and stature needed to bring heavyweight investors on board, rather than just throwing money away in great chunks to people who appear to do very little, or at least whose efforts bring zero interest or positive results to/for the company's stock value.

4) Why has there not yet been an official News release giving ALL shareholders a full report  of the OFC?

The current system of randomly putting out videos, firstly in small snippets then in complete format,on diverse sites such as Twitter, Linked-IN or Twitter is, imo, highly unprofessional.

Also the habit of hanging out random comments, often that seem like carrots hinting at good news coming imminently, under the Poet logo on these same sites without being signed/a name attached- why is ID being hidden ?

Why not use the Poet website and the Blog system to disseminate the comments so again ALL shareholders can access any news put out by the company.

5) Why can the company not reveal the number of NDA's it has already signed to give shareholders an idea of what may be in the future? Other companies reveal this fact without disclosing names.

Would also be great to hear that the next AGM will be a physical in person meeting.

This message is meant to be constructive. There is nothing I would like to see more than Poet share price rocketing upwards.. and staying there. Perhaps Poet will be like the RAF motto "Per ardua ad astra" (Through hardship to the stars ).
