There is no reason whatsoever to have a virtual meeting. The pandemic is over!

What the hell are they thinking, and what are they afraid of? To meet the shareholders that have supported them for years?

This is not how you show any respect to your shareholders and the people that have been backing the company financially for so many years.

Management MUST change that to a "real" meeting. They can have it online in parallel if they wish to reach a bigger audience, that's fine. But not just virtual.
