I am only trying to find an explanation for the low SP and the early AGSM (or better normal timed) and what needs to be voted on. 
All was with a question mark, as I am only wildly guessing.

I don't know that CHAMP from the radio. All I know is, that the only thing I am losing is account value almost on a daily basis. However, I have been in worse waters with POET already. So, I take it as I have to and wait patiently for the SP to close the gap to the true company  value.
