The Company's officers, directors, certain employees, certain consultants and certain stockholders (and their family members) are considered “Insiders.”
Who is considered a non-corporate insider?
All of the others who work there or at associated facilities, i.e. "the little guy". They possess enough knowledge because they work there, yet are not required to adhere to very strict disclosure regulations required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
