As I read the 5/11/23 news release, BFYY placed the $3MM order with SPX. It's been a while, but I seem to remember the contract between SANAN and POET included redacted price schedules, and I assume SPX is buying the interposer from POET as opposed to being free (not part of the intellectual property POET provided in lieu of cash). Anyway, is POET getting paid for 10,000 interposers in addition to 80% of the $3MM via SPX?
