I get that. But, I am sure that some will be willing to depart from there shares (at least) some in that range, hence it will provide more shares to deal with.

However, as I also stated before, I am sure that we will need some forward split at some stage. But as we want to stay above the insti "threshold" I don't expect that below the 15 CAD mark.

So, a potential split and some selling could maybe be expected at that stage. Therefore I mentioned those SP marks that might provide,  due to those steps, some more liquidity. Not the SP alone.

I could have been more clear in my explaination and I came to that speculation.
