Yeah I noticed a discrepancy between Canadian and US indices today as US prices seemed out of wack compared to Canadian (ie Shopify). ...then I noticed that the Canadian dollar was up about 1% compared to the greenback. Not sure how much of that was a factor in closing prices here but the late day purchase sounds positive.
