Iamsorry- I appreciate your comments, as I'm sure the executive staff does.  I also started a company, worked long days and nights, missed out on family life, and committed myself to a business I was convinced would succeed.  No one who was not beside us through this experience could understand the sacrifice.  And none of us sacrificing for the success of the company would have made the sacrifices without stock options we believed would be valuable.

I trust in POETs solutions because I've taken the time to research the market and, frankly, because some of you in this forum have provided credible proof points.  I trust in management to make the right decisions for the business and the shareholders because I researched thier backgrounds and experience, and I took the time to research thier connections in the industry.  

If management is recommending that these options are the correct thing to do to progress the company in a positive way, I'll accept their recomendation and approve them via the Omnibus Plan.
