Seems as if they have hidden this part of the documents, I got in on Sedar but it is not on the website.

From what I have read if it is passed, they can now give out free shares as compensations or rewards for doing a good job.

From what I have read I don't think I can vote for this plan.

It will be interesting to see what others think of it.
