IMHO the 10 year people have no right to criticize any of the current management!

I have been reading this board for 3 years. I only speak up now as the whining from a few shareholders has reached a level I felt compelled to speak up NOW!! 

please consider that current engineers and certainly prospective hires read bullboards!

 We all want to be winner and hope the shareholders are respectful of the long hours and pressure they must feel

a lot more engineers will be needed for a billion valuation 

the Option win for Suresh and his team is below normal IMHO when they get Poet to billion market cap
