I like dealing in facts, and the fact that Poets website isn't up to date really doesn't surprise me, but everything else seems to be in order. The salary, years of free options, poor attendance, lack of share price support etc... And it wasn't all that long ago that JLM was a partner at Arch Ventures, so I'm guessing it wouldn't take more than a quick phone call to secure a couple mil for our previously undersubscribed financing... 

So yes there's a large question mark where JLM is concerned!
