That was a nice quote by DL from almost 7 years ago when Jean Louis Melange first joined the board. That was an awfully long time ago, and like the old saying goes "What have you done for me lately?" 

Anyhow, people tend to say nice things when being quoted about new team members in the media (it's a sign of professional courtesy) and they usually say good things about those same people when they choose to leave or retire... Here's a quote from Ajit saying nice things about Peter Copetti roughly 8 years ago...
