I think Raju could be referring to the slide by Arista and Andy B at an OFC presentation (perhaps Raju was in the audience) where Mr Bectholsheim mentioned the removal of the DSP in a slide and that there was also mention of using silicon interposers to reduce power consumption and meet the required bandwidths they require which was in the slide deck as well.
