Well if that's the case, it should be way above current prices. Such a financing at this point in time should be used to set a new floor in the price, far higher than the price at NASDAQ uplist. If POET were private with their current patent portfolio, design wins, and multiple-vertical market potential, someone would have no problem ponying up a few $billion.
POET shouldn't be punished just for not having been a private company on the brink of such success.
