If you and others commenting here have built successful $500M - $1B companies from scratch, i can take your bashing of informed comments as nothing worse than personality traits.  If you haven't, if you haven't created millions of dollars of personal wealth through a career in business, then I suggest you keep the knee-jerk reactions to informative input to yourself.

I didn't read anything in the Bypass commentary that was bashing.  And, if the same comment was offered previously, it was only posted here because the comment is valid and articulate.  

Can we PLEASE simply share constructive information here so that we might all benefit?  

Bypass was merely commenting on a common way that tech companies evolve.  He made the comments based on his personal experience, and i appreciate him sharing the informed perspective. He was not bashing the current execs.  Nor was I when I made the same comments.  I have tremendous respect for what POET has accomplished, and I am confident that they will become a successful company. That does not mean that I won't share my perspective on this forum at times because I HAVE built $500M - $1B companies from scratch, and I HAVE held leadership roles in start-up tech companies for over 25 years.  Like Bypass, I have a perspective that some people might like to hear. But I don't bash POET.  I am heavily invested in POET, and I want them to succeed.
