This is not a pitch-fork rally to punish Suresh for the current status.  It's the opposite.  It's a recognition of his accomplishments and, more importantly, a recognition of what is needed to grow a company past the engineering stage.  POET now requires an experienced business leader with all the skills and experience that you have eloquently described.

And, I will not vote yes on the omnibus plan in 4-6 unless I know the recommendation are coming from this experienced business leader.

I'm long.  I'm confident. But I am vocal because I've put my money where my mouth is.
