Every year before the AGM this sort of debate happens. It's an election, for goodness sakes, debate is to be expected. And those who participate in good faith are completely blameless. In fact, both sides should be praised for expressing a reasoned point of view. 

And it should be recognized and tolerated that campaigning often involves hyperbole and emotion. 

For now, I'll just say the measures will pass easily and I'm enjoying the share price move so far today.
