Thanks Nodrog, that's interesting news.

Don't believe I've heard of an ATM program, but at $4.75 US they could dilute us by 2.105M shares for $10M worth.

That's if the share price holds where it is....of course it could rise or fall, but I'm think $4.74 is now the base, or at least should be.

I think it's a short term bridge....I'm generally much more skeptical but they seem very close, so it might work.

More 'good' news would be helpful..
