All of this rush to judgment. I'll simplify this, it's not what we think will happen, it's what will happen. 

Its success is contingent on if, and when, they 1) attract institutional investors 2) start to show a clear revenue ramp. 1 may depend on 2, given the history. It's a 12 month window. If, as it should be, its predicated on the knowledge of a strong ramp, it's a very smart move. If it takes until 2024 for that ramp to begin, the mood here may be less generous.
