Thanks for that advice,AA, and for the link you provided.  Thanks also to those others on this board who have made similar posts pointing out the positive possibilities with the ATM offering situation.  

This messge board has always been such a marvelous resource for information on both technical and finacial matters and is almost unique in that aspect compared to other financial forums regarding other companies.

My admiration for the Agoracom POET Discussion Forum constitues what I consider to be True "Investor Value" regardless of the past, current and future POET Technologies share price.
