L&W is one of the top firms in the country. They began in Los Angeles and over the years have spread all over the world, with large offices in LA, NYC and San Francisco. Since I have been practicing (1976), Latham has been considered one of the top 3 or 4 firms in LA. Celestial is in good, but expensive, hands!
