So we intend on eventually selling our stake in SPX, and he values the company at 200 mil, of which we will own half when the IPO comes out.  Amazing return and obviously will be recurring revenues from our intellectually property after they buy the whole company.  Suresh is right this asset is grossly  undervalued/appreciated by the market at present.
