It's merely a small point that Sivers is similar in terms of market cap to Poet, sans the 1 for 10 consolidation, which would make the per share price similar. It's a Swedish company that's been around a long time. 

The important points will be made by people like Oldgreg who can compare the two companies' products from a tech perspective.
