If that was a sell via the ATM, the buyer was already identified and willing to pay $6. I can't imagine a straight sell of even a quarter of that size not resulting in a price dip.

Maybe a group of officers and/or directors were the buyers? Not that far-fetched. Fingers crossed.

And if not arranged, it was a straight buy!
