Poet's Interposer is a key integral component that photonifies existing customers' products. Actually, the real term is the superconductorization of photonics. That is a huge step change, people with enormous impact.
As Poet's customers "launch" their products, then something like a "Poet Within logo" might appear on their customers' products associated with marketing campaigns that might be what drives Poet's awareness to the general populace. In the meantime, Poet is not a end-product as it forms part of its customers' solutions that currently serve very large global companies where it is only known to segments of the tech industry. For retailers, this is boring stuff. For the product manufacturers this is the complete opposite. Remember, Apple, Google, etc. do not shout out to the word what is inside what makes their product better, but if any of them will be using Poet's interposer, then it will be up to them if they so choose to advertise what differentiates them if Poet's Interposer is a key component that sets their product ahead of their competition. In otherwords, the industry needs to see the impact of what Poet does to its customers' sales volume and revenue.
To those unfamiliar about Poet, when this happens people will be saying "where did this mega-billion dollar company come from"? It came from years of work respecting the legal duties of an NDA. It is so critical for each company's competitive position as billions of dollars are at stake. This is a major step-change for most of the industry, highly impactful. My guess is that once a critical mass from two or three Poet customers are achieved, then the Poet logo and any associated shared advertising with its customers will drive FURTHER awareness. In the meantime, silence is strong to make non-participant competitors silent. The awareness stays in the industry for now and it opens up when the industry is ready too is what I feel is going on.
