Or maybe, Bread and Circuses, it was a reference to top left of Slide 17 of this POET investor presentation a little over 18 months ago, where the term used is, specifically, ">$1 billion revenue potential". No capitalized falsehood there.

For the summer doldrums, a buying tip with a 99% (IMO) certainty of success. When/if insiders ever buy on the open market, with conviction, load the boat. Until then...start the weekends early.
