Contracts are certainly not invalidated by milestones or conditions or contingencies. Apparently, most Agoracomers know that. Contracts can be invalidated for other reasons, like a contract to commit a crime! There are other, less dramatic, ways to invalidate a contract, none of which applies to the Poet CAI contract.
