   The Encyclopedia Britannica is also public knowledge, but I have not read it all, either. But going forward I will leave the posting to those that are best at reading between the lines and making assumptions about other's meaning. The written word does not come across the same as conversation, where there is inflection as an added attribute of conversation.

Does asking questions about a relationship imply "casting doubt"?  Only if the reader has doubts him/herself. Frankly, after reading your posts for years, it is obvious that your recent posts are not as effusive as they have been in the past. One could say that maybe there is doubt or disappointment creeping in.
