I've not seen the contract, but the description in the NR indicated we are doing development and production of Starlight. CAI's obligations, I assume, are to incorporate Starlight into their product and send that product out to customers.  Do not know if money is changing hands as part of that transaction, but that is not necessary for a binding contract. Just an exchange of consideration. 

We all know if Starlight or the CAI product containing Starlight fails to be satisfactory to customers, there will be no orders from those customers for the CAI product nor orders from CAI for bunches of Starlight.
