As to the volume/price action, yes disappointing but every time there is money to be raised (this time the ATM) some player(s) knock the price down to try take advantage of either the offering directly or the negative sentiment around the fact of the offering. I suspect one or two of these same players are behind these hand wringing posts about nothing. This too shall pass.
