But why does Leb delete his own posts?

I am tempted to start flagging his posts as violations (without removing them) to preserve all those posts that he continues to flush routinely. If they are not flagged then there is no record when he flushes them.

As many of you may have observed, I will not engage with that person regardless of how much he slams myself or other people on this forum for voicing their opinions. 

it's up to you guys. I can flag them then repost them when he flushes them if the forum wants to keep those posts. Maybe clean them up to be less offensive...in other words just the facts.

Opinions? 

I still don't get it. Is he flushing these posts at the request of management to avoid liability? I really don't understand why he puts in such a big effort and then deletes them?
