Thanks, Tpower.  I always have appreciated your perspective and insight.  Certainly the Biden proposed regulations might be more limiting if the end goal of Super Photonics included ultimately deliveries to the U.S.  

I suspect that the proposed regulatons will, at the very least, have an impact on the electronics industry not yet fully appreciated, if they become a reality.  Hopefully, as you point out, their impact upon Super Photonics will be negligent, if at all.
