Over here in Europe any invest into a Canadian company raises eyebrows and is usually regarded as "stupid German money". Okay, POET is different from most as they have given up their business models twice already and we are now betting steadfast on their third round. Now how much of a selling point would this be? To ordinary folks we must look like a bunch of "Illuminati" believing in alchemy or non existing secret basements of Pizzerias.

Guess this is a good description of why our SP is where it is. Not only has Opel/POET failed twice, now we even are in bed with the Chinese to finally make it to the market. Could there possibly be any invest worse than POET?

Then again let's look at history: anyone believing the Earth was not the center of the Universe used to get set on fire by the Catholic Church. Galilei revoked .It took the Church some 500 years to apologize to him.

Our chances of being on the right side of history are not that bad with all the samples out and the connections made. Yes, it always takes longer than "believers" wish, as the world outside is not easily convinced. But if we truly have a "disruptive technology" there'll be a time when we appear as visionaries, and if it's only for holding on to our shares in the red. Getting famous takes time...

If we finally make it we will outshine the doubtful, if not we deserve the jokes on us. So far there's still hope that "the one who laughs last, laughs the best". And always remember: when you depend on your neighbors' opinion you are their slave! You're not investing to beat them, but to do what you believe is right for you!
