I understand that poetry is what’s called for today. So here’s a limerick on our impatient friends (with best thanks to ChatGPT):

In the stock market, impatient Sue,
Couldn’t wait for her investments to accrue.
The company was on the rise,
But Sue had no patience for the prize,
She sold out too soon, feeling blue.
