ICC News At the China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE 9) held in Shenzhen on September 6~8, Luxshare Technology participated in the exhibition with a number of advanced high-speed optical modules, including 2023G QSFP400 DR112-LPO and 4G based on silicon photoelectric engine technology QSFP400 DR112, 4G OSFP DR800 and 8G QSFP-DD SR800, with live joint demonstrations with partners such as SiFotonics, POET, Macom and Haihui.

      · Luxshare Technology is based on the 400G QSFP112 DR4-LPO of silicon photonics solutionOptical module, transmission distance of 500 meters, bit error rate level reaches the forefront of the industry. During live demonstrations, bit error tester testing can reach E-10 level and on TH5 switches can reach E-11 level. It can be applied to high-speed optical interconnect and AI optical interconnection in data centers, greatly reducing power consumption and reducing deployment costs. The product has been tested in major domestic data center customers, and the results are encouraging.

      · In the 800G OSFP DR8 silicon optical module of Luxshare Technology, the receiver adopts a highly integrated silicon interposer device, which achieves a balance between performance and cost, which can perfectly support the rapidly growing AI optical interconnection demand in the current market. The 800G OSFP DR8 module is currently in the sample testing stage for key customers.

      · Luxshare Technology also demonstrated the 800G QSFP-DD SR8 and 400G QSFP112 DR4 optical modules.
